La Chatellenie
Bright appearance, with present-full aromas of bergamot, orange blossom and lemon. A medium-bodied white with bergamot, orange blossom and lemon flavours. The finish is subtle-layered. An overall good-excellent sauvignon blanc from french.

Notes
A good example of why not to jump to conclusions, this wine opened up nicely and the nose and mouth both were more rewarding and changing over about 15 minutes. The finish lengthened out and added complexity with an interesting small burst of bitterness in the mid palate. Acidity declined over this period as well focusing on the aromas and showcasing the sweetness.
