Gres Saint Paul
Dull-bright appearance, deep colour for Langudoc, medium-full-bodied red with oak, tobacco and dust flavours. The finish is subtle-layered. An overall good syrah, granache, mourvedre from france.

Notes
This was our red at our wedding 5 years ago, which we served with Turkey. The 2011 is more tannic, like berries in feel more than flavour. Bigger than I remembered, not a showstopper but quite lovely.
