Domaine des Corbillières
Clear appearance, greeny straw, very clear. A medium-bodied white with apple, grapefruit and almond flavours. The finish is layered. An overall good-excellent Touraine sauvignon blanc from france.

Notes
Not much bouquet, but lovely complexity in mouth: bright and astringent apple skin mixed with a round in-mouth fullness, a Touraine with the soft complexity one would expect, but bright and energetic. Holds up very well with stronger fishes and poultry, duck and game poultry.
