GO de Godello

Unlike any Godello I've had before. It was fermented and then aged for 3 months in oak, not stainless steel, as most are. First (dark color/oxidative aroma) I thought it was off, but the wine importer said to try it with the paired Manchego, and it was perfect. Shows how pairing makes things work!!
